Trauma-informed therapy as a path to healing & transformation.
Approach.
I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My work centers on helping you build a more secure and compassionate relationship with yourself and your nervous system while addressing the root causes of persistent symptoms and relational patterns. Together, we’ll take intentional steps toward meaningful, lasting change.
I’m especially passionate about the connection between therapy and neuroscience—how the brain and nervous system can adapt and heal. I bring this lens into my trauma-informed work by cultivating nervous system awareness, expanding capacity, and supporting resilience and neuroplasticity. My approach blends evidence-based practices with creativity, warmth, and real-life relatability. Together, we’ll address the core wounds driving your symptoms, helping your nervous system shift out of chronic dysregulation and into a more grounded, embodied sense of safety and connection.
“No life is not worth living. But what is important is that YOU experience your life as worth living—one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness.”— Marsha Lineham

I began my journey into the mental health field as an undergraduate at Florida State University (FSU), where I earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminology, and later earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida (UCF). This program allowed me to focus on trauma counseling, including approaches for victims of violence, crisis intervention, and family trauma support.
While pursuing my education, I passionately supported survivors of domestic violence seeking refuge with a local DV/SV shelter in Tallahassee, FL. Here I eventually became employed as a sexual violence advocate, providing SA survivors with advocacy services, crisis counseling, emotional support, and information about victims’ rights and forensic examinations. At the beginning my career, I worked as a crisis counselor at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and later became the agency’s lead Maternal Mental Health Counselor. In this position, I provided essential emotional support and information for callers dealing with pregnancy and postpartum concerns.
As a Therapist-Intern, I provided personalized and high-quality care for adults (18 years and older) with complex mental health disorders at a residential facility in Florida, now known as LifeSkills Orlando. Conditions treated included anxiety disorders, OCD, BPD, process addictions, schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, thought disorders, and PTSD.
These professional experiences have deepened my passion for advocacy, social justice, and universal access of mental health treatment.
